Start with drafts. Expand when it makes sense.
Give the agent only the permissions it needs. A read-and-draft key lets it prepare a reply while you review and send from the dashboard.
Authorizing one mailbox does not unlock the entire organization. The key remains subject to its permissions, expiration and revocation.

Mail requires a Send plan above US$20/month at its regular price. The US$29 Pro 110K offer qualifies even during its US$20 first monthly bill. Existing US$20 contracts keep their price; earlier accounts authorized for Mail may keep their current Send plan when adding mailboxes.

Before bringing your email
Which subscribers can purchase Mail?
Mail is paid separately per mailbox and is available on every Send plan above US$20/month at its regular price, including the US$29 Pro 110K during its US$20 first monthly bill. Existing subscriptions are preserved without automatic migration. The internal System license remains exempt, with 50 GiB per mailbox and no commercial mailbox or delivery limits. Authorized earlier accounts may keep their current Send plan when purchasing the add-on.
I bought a domain. Can I create any address now?
You can choose an available address on a domain you control. Sending and receiving require a paying Send plan, a Mail subscription, domain verification, DNS/MX configuration and confirmed receiving activation. Registering an address alone does not complete these steps.
Do I need a website or hosting?
You do not need to host a website. You need a domain and access to its DNS records to verify ownership and configure email. The mailbox service is provided by MepMail Mail once activated.
Does the agent have access to my entire operation?
Not automatically. In Mail, each key authorizes one mailbox and the permissions its owner selects. Access to other company tools or data depends on their respective connections and authorizations.
Can the agent send without my review?
Only if you grant send permission. We recommend starting with read and draft: the agent prepares a reply and you review it in the dashboard before sending.
Can I bring messages from Gmail or another provider?
Connecting a domain does not transfer old messages or automatically migrate a Gmail or Outlook account. Changing providers and importing messages need a separate workflow, which is not publicly available in Mail yet. Keep access to your current provider during the transition.
Does the public MCP already open these mailboxes?
The current public MCP serves Send. Mail uses its own REST API with per-mailbox keys, and read-and-draft has been tested with an agent integration. A public MCP for mailboxes is not available yet.
How will I access it on my computer and phone?
Through the MepMail web dashboard in a browser. We are preparing a responsive experience for computers and phones. Native Windows and iOS applications are not published yet.
